Glasgow is very well served for public transport links. Glasgow International Airport is only 20 minutes away from the City Centre by car or taxi. A regular bus service connects the airport to the two main train stations, Glasgow Central Train Station and Glasgow Queen Street Station, as well as the main bus station, Buchanan Bus Station Glasgow.
All three of these city centre stations provide cheap travel within and around Glasgow.
The Sandyford Hotel Glasgow is conveniently located a short walk from all three main stations, and is close to the motorway for connections to the airport.
Spacious and cozy large beds. Breakfast was fantastic, better than I've had at 5 star hotels. Staff very helpful & friendly. There is also free use of computer and coffee/tea facilities at reception, as well as a library of information leaflets about area.
