Miller International Comedy Festival Glasgow
The Glasgow International Comedy Festival is an annual celebration of the
greatest local and International comedy talent, and takes place in March.
The Comedy Festival takes place in a number of popular venues around Glasgow's
City Centre and West End, including the Stand Comedy Club, The King's Theatre
and the Theatre Royal.Comedians that have performed at the Comedy Festival in previous years include
local acts such as Phil Kay, Karen Dunbar and Elaine C Smith, as well as
established stars such as Jerry Sadowitz, Ronnie Corbett, Paul Merton and Jimmy
Carr. Comedy Theatre is also featured, ranging from Shakespeare to more modern
offerings such as The Vagina Monologues and Jerry Springer: The Opera.
